Fees and Payment Options

Initial Deposit $1,000 (due at time of registration)
2nd Payment $3,000 (due by 12/1/17)
Final Payment Balance due by 3/1/18

All deposits and fees are non-refundable. Fees include a $500 umpire fee per team.

Coordinating Fees:
BOA typically coordinates billing and payments directly with head coach. Total fees per team are calculated based on the number of players and coaches that will attend. Fees are charged to the team and not to individual players. Each team is responsible for coordinating any collections efforts with their own players to cover tournament fees. BOA does not accept individual payments from players.

BOA offers convenient and secure online payment options using Authorize.Net. Payment options include credit card, debit card, and echeck.

With our partner, the Branson Tourism Center (BTC), we have negotiated heavy discounts for all types of lodging options in Branson. For that reason, families are REQUIRED to book lodging through the BTC. They offer a lowest rate guarantee, and can help you find lodging that meets your needs.

The BTC can also help you book tickets for shows and other Branson attractions. To access these benefits, reservations must be made through our booking portal.
