Fees and Payment Options

Initial Deposit $1,000 (due at time of registration)
2nd Payment $3,000 (due by 12/1/17 – dates subject to change)
Final Payment Balance due by 3/1/18

All deposits and fees are non-refundable. All teams will be assessed a $500 umpire fee

Coordinating Fees:
BOA typically coordinates billing and payments directly with head coach. Total fees per team are calculated based on the number of players and coaches that will attend. Fees are charged to the team and not to individual players. Each team is responsible for coordinating any collections efforts with their own players to cover tournament fees. BOA does not accept individual payments from players.

BOA offers convenient and secure online payment options using Authorize.Net. Payment options include credit card, debit card, and echeck.

Families: Book your Lodging

Ballparks of America is a “stay to play” facility. Teams and families are REQUIRED to book their lodging through HBC Event Services, our housing partner. We have negotiated the lowest available rates with a diverse range of carefully selected lodging properties. The properties offer great on-site amenities and are convenient to Ballparks of America and everything Branson has to offer. HBC provides a simple on-line platform that allows teams and families to book a block of rooms or individual rooms that meet your specific needs. HBC will assist with any questions about hotels and the booking process.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOMS EARLY!! We enforce our lodging policy because our lodging properties have set aside room inventory for all tournaments at the lowest available rates as part of a revenue share agreement that is already factored into team entry fees.

Book Lodging

Summer Tournaments

For Ballparks of America events scheduled between May 25th and August 3rd families are REQUIRED to book their lodging through HBC. Each tournament offers a unique booking link and there is a central link on our website. Families will pick up their swag bags with special discounts and coupons upon check-in at our lodging properties. There is a minimum of 8 rooms per night per team required, such that a six-night stay requires a total of 48 room nights booked. Teams will be charged a pro rata fee of up to $600 depending on total room nights booked with HBC. Local teams within a 75-mile radius that do not stay overnight but commute to the tournament are not subject to a lodging fee.

Weekend Tournaments

For Ballparks of America weekend events, teams are REQUIRED to book their lodging through HBC. Each tournament offers a unique booking link available on our partner’s registration platform and /or on the BoA website. There is a minimum of 16 room nights per team required. Teams will be charged a pro rata fee of up to $200 depending on total room nights booked with HBC. Local teams within a 75-mile radius that do not stay overnight but commute to the tournament are not subject to a lodging fee.
