*The minimum roster requirement per team is 13 participants (players and coaches).
*Family Lodging must be booked through Ballparks of America’s lodging partner OR the team must pay lodging opt out fee of $1200. We anticipate the 2026 summer lodging information and options will be available in late summer/early fall of 2025.
*Deposit is refundable if cancelled by 10/1. After 10/1 deposit becomes non-refundable.

Game Schedule
The game schedule will be released one week before the tournament. To access the schedule, standings, and bracket once live, download the Ballparks of America scheduling and scoring app. In your app store, search for "ballparksofamerica - ec" and download the app. Once downloaded, select the tournament of interest to find schedules.
Game Streaming
All games are streamed via HiCast Sports Network. Games can be watched live or on-demand.
Payment Policies
Payment Schedule Due Dates
$500 due upon registration before 8/31, $1000 due upon registration on 9/1 or later
$3000 due 11/30
$3000 due 1/31
Remaining balance due 4/1
Teams that register after 11/30 or 1/31 will have 30 days from registration to get caught up on payments
Your official registration and team’s rate is based on the date your initial deposit is received. If you choose to register and pay later, you will be moved to a waitlist if the tournament exceeds capacity.
Failure to make the subsequent payments by the deadlines above may result in a late fee applied to the team account, not to exceed $500, or being moved to a waitlist. BoA reserves the right to modify or cancel a team’s registration.
Please note, BoA does not hold credit card information. All payments must be initiated by a Team Manager/Coach through the Event Connect Team Dashboard.
Refund Policy
The initial deposit is refundable until 10/1. The initial deposit is non-refundable after 10/1. Subsequent payments are non-refundable after the payment due date has passed.
For example, if a team has made their second payment and requests a refund on November 20th, they can receive up to $3000. If they request a refund after November 30th, they are no longer eligible to receive the $3000.
Roster minimums are established on April 1, 2026 - No refunds are offered after this date. Please note that the minimum roster requirement per team is 13 participants (players and coaches).
If your team needs to drop a player or coach after April 1, 2026, the player/coach can be replaced with an alternative player/coach. If an alternate is not available, swag and meal credentials will still be provided to the team if applicable and if requested.
