— Road to Ballparks

Four phases. One unforgettable week.

From the day your deposit lands to the day you check in — here’s the timeline most teams follow.

— Phase 01 · 5+ Months Out
Lock the roster, book the travel

Enter your roster of players and coaches in EventConnect. Parents and Coaches complete the surveys and upload player information. Book family lodging through EventConnect and confirm flight or drive plans.

— Phase 02 · 3+ MONTHS OUT
Design you custom hats and jerseys with Triton

Every team at a weeklong tournament gets custom designed jerseys and hats including in the tournament package. We partner with Triton to handle the design, production, and delivery.

Jerseys and hats are waiting in the team suite Saturday afternoon when you arrive. Players take them home.

— Phase 03 · 2+ Months Out
Trading Cards and Add-ons

Trading Cards. Choose your designs, place your trading card orders, and upload your player images for Iconix to start the manufacturing process.

Add-ons. Review the Add-ons section of your Team Dashboard and place your orders for bedding, photography, weekly rentals, tournament shirts, and other items.

— Phase 04 · 2-4 Weeks Out
Plan your week

As your game block schedule is released (showing your day off and time blocks during the week you will have games) it's time to plan your week outside of baseball. Purchase your Silver Dollar City tickets, book your boat rentals, schedule tee times, and plan your Branson activities.

Ballparks Guest Services is here to help answer your questions and provide suggestions.

Need a full packing list? Sample schedule PDFs and a printable team packing list are inside EventConnect under your team’s dashboard. Call (417) 464-6333 if anything’s unclear.

— EventConnect

Your team dashboard. Schedules. Hotels. Payments.

Everything operational lives in EventConnect — your registration platform. Sign in to your team account to manage rosters, view schedules, book housing, and pay balances.

EventConnect
— Step 01
Register your team

Pick your tournament, lock in your age group, and reserve your spot with the $1,000 deposit. Confirmation email goes to the head coach. Your EventConnect team dashboard opens up the moment registration clears.

— Step 02
Make your roster & invite the team

Add players inside your dashboard. EventConnect emails each family directly — they fill in profiles, sizes, and emergency contacts on their own. Coaches don’t chase down forms.

— Step 03
Book Family Lodging

Review the EventConnect lodging options and determine where your families are going to stay. You can create a hotel room block for entire team, reserve a couple 6-10 bedroom lodges or, book individual condos on the golf course or elsewhere. Choose the best experience for your team.

— Step 04
Trading Cards and Add-ons

Order your customer trading cards, photography packages, Family Feast tickets, theme-park tickets, and team merch — all from the same dashboard,.

— How-To Videos

— Video placeholder · 2 min
How to make a payment

Walk-through: payment plan, due dates, split payments across coaches.

— Roster

Invite the team. Families do the rest.

Coaches don’t chase down forms. Add each family’s email and EventConnect sends parents a direct invite to enroll their player. Once everyone’s in, you’re ready for the next step.

— Step 01
Coach builds the invite list

Open the Roster tab in your EventConnect dashboard. Add a row for each player — name and a parent’s email is all you need to send the invite.

— Step 02
EventConnect emails each family

Parents get an email with a secure enrollment link. One email per player. Re-send from the dashboard if anyone misses it.

— Step 03
Parents enroll their player

Each family fills in the player profile — date of birth, jersey number, position, sizes, emergency contact, and waivers — directly through the link. Coach sees the green checkmark as each one comes in.

— Step 04
Move on to the next step

Once every player is enrolled, the roster’s ready. Coach gets a confirmation email and the dashboard advances you to accommodations.
